Prior to opening the Law Offices of Dairon Buergo, P.A., Dairon was a prosecutor for the State of Florida. He prosecuted various types of charges and conducted numerous jury and bench trials.

Dairon was raised in Miami and is fluent in both English and Spanish. He attended Florida International University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics while graduating Cum Laude. While at Florida International University, he received the Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Economics. Soon after, he earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. While in law school, Dairon served as an Associate for the Nova Law Review and was a Certified Legal Intern with the Miami Dade Office of the State Attorney.

Dairon is admitted to practice both in the State of Florida and in Federal Court, specifically the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Florida. He is a member of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association and the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
